Welcome Dr. Celia Munguia as the New Principal of Rorimer Elementary!
Congratulations to Dr. Celia Munguia, the new Principal of Rorimer Elementary due to the retirement of Joyce Garcia. Dr. Munguia had a vision when she began as Principal at Northam Elementary for students to develop a college-bound mentality. Under her leadership, Northam Elementary was selected this year as the first and only elementary school in California to be accepted in the “College for Every Student Network - Brilliant Pathways” program, which features schools across the U.S. and Ireland that help students become college and career ready. She is passionate about bilingual education and is excited to be part of the team at Rorimer Elementary.
